Biography
Dr. R. Paul Deenadayalu received his MD degree from Madras Medical College, Madras, India. He did his pediatric residency at Cook County Hospital, Chicago from 1967-1970. He worked as a pediatrician at Children's Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio before going into private practice in 1971.
He served as Chief of Staff at Children's Medical Center in 1986-1987 and has served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatric Medicine at Children's Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital. He is Board Certified in Newborn Medicine as well as Pediatrics.
Dr. Deenadayalu is married and has three children and three grandsons. His interests and hobbies include listening to classical music, playing the violin, jogging, tennis and golf. |

Biography
Dr. Irene Marsidi spent her early years in Indonesia. She attended undergraduate and medical school in Belgium and obtained her MD degree from the University of Louvain, Belgium. She completed her residency at Children's Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio in August 1981. Several years of private practice preceded her joining Northwest Dayton Pediatrics in 1985. She is an associate clincal professor with Wright State University School of Medicine, and a fellow of the AAP.
She is married to Charles Allbery and has one son, David, who is attending college in Florida. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, crafts, biking, walking, reading, and most of all- traveling. |

Biography
Dr. McDowell resided in Anchorage, Alaska before moving to Southwest Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, Illinois. She attended medical school at Wright State University and completed her residency in pediatrics at Children's Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. |

Biography
Dr. Gerald A. Molfenter received his undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati (Pharmacy) and also attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati. He served his internship at Christ Hospital and his residency at Children's Hospital in Cincinnati as well. He began practice in the U.S. Public Health Service from 1965-1967. His first year of private practice was 1967 and continues to the present. He served as Chief of Staff, Children's Medical Center (Dayton), Chief Pediatric Section, Good Samaritan Hospital (Dayton), and President of the Western Ohio Pediatric Society. He is also board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Molfenter is married and enjoys theater, walking and golf. |

Biography
Dr. Donald Pelsor is a native of Indiana and attended Indiana University Medical School. He served his residency at Riley Hospital, Indianapolis, Indiana from 1975 - 1978. Following his residency he completed a fellowship in clinical pediatric endocrinology at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Pelsor joined Northwest Dayton Pediatrics in 1979. He has served as Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Pediatrics, Division of General Pediatrics, Endocrinology / Metabolism at Wright State University since 1987. He is also a fellow of the AAP.
Dr. Pelsor resides in Tipp City with his wife, Janice. They have four children. He enjoys animals and the outdoors in his spare time. |
